All orders are offered with 'FREE Shipping within India'. Goods are shipped with major shipping channels and a tracking number is provided.

Delivery Time

We are a make to order brand, hence we manufacture goods in 5-7 working days. As these goods are entirely handcrafted, as we need time to craft goods with great care and quality.

Goods are then shipped with delivery timelines depending on 3-4 working days.

In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO) or a re-delivery attempt, the customer will be charged for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Returns & Exchanges

We really hope that this never happens.

Since all goods are custom made and produced only once your order is placed, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any goods which are delivered in perfect condition from our end as per the order placed. However, if any good has defects or finishing errors, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.

Additional Details

Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.

If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply.
