Cancellations

We accept cancellations only before the goods are shipped.

Please email us at info@tancka.com, if you change your mind after placing an order within 24 hours. We will do what's possible to accommodate your request.

 

Returns

We really hope that this never happens.

Since all goods are custom made and produced only once your order is placed, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any goods which are delivered in perfect condition from our end as per the order placed. 

However, if any good has defects or finishing errors, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection. Exchange goods will be shipped after 5-7 business days once the product is received on our end.

 

Refunds

Since all goods are handcrafted, there's possibilities of a few errors.

Refunds are offered only if any goods have finishing errors.

In that case, we will offer a complete refund of your order value or exchange with the same item upon return receipt and complete product inspection.

Goods should be in unused condition and with all packing materials. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping of new product you want to exchange it for.

Once we receive your Return, we will fully refund in the original mode of payment. It can take between 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
